Greece – Q1 unemployment stable at 27.8 pct

Greeces jobless rate remained unchanged at 27.8 percent in the first three months of the year compared to the previous quarter, data from the countrys statistics service showed on GreeceThursday.

 

About 71 percent of Greeces 1.34 million jobless are long-term unemployed, meaning they have been out of work for at least 12 months, the figures showed.
