(Chosen excerpts by Job Market Monitor) – Even though some 45 million Americans sport tattooes, they can be a barrier for job hunters.
With that in mind, the San Pablo Economic Development Corp. is sponsoring monthly low-cost clinics for tattoo removal. In September, they’ll add in job readiness courses. People can come to the removal clinics whether or not they sign up for the job preparation courses — but those who do complete the training will get most of their tattoo-removal fees refunded in a savings accounts.
