US – 5 Reasons Why the Job Market is Going In Recession
On August 5th, JOB MARKET MONITOR announced that the US Job Market was Nearly in Recession. Lastest data showed that it is still going in that wrong direction.
This is for at least 5 reasons:
- 314,000 fewer american employed the last two months
- 368,000 people have left the labor force
- Men participation rate figure was 69.8% a records since the series began in 1948
- The public sector continues to be in job-cutting mode
- Jobs in manufacturing decreased.
