Peru / Unemployment rate rises unexpectedly

The unemployment rate in Peru rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.

In a report, INEI Peru said that Peruvian Unemployment Rate rose to a seasonally adjusted 6.0%, from 5.8% in the preceding month.
