JCB has unveiled plans to create 2,500 jobs by 2018 in a boost to the government’s plans to create a sustainable recovery.
The earthmoving equipment maker is to build two plants – replacing its facility at Rugeley – and expand operations at its Staffordshire headquarters under a £150m scheme unveiled on Friday.
