HR professionals – 51 percent said more jobs have technical requirements today

According to nearly 4,700 human resource professionals across nine industries in a joint survey from the Society for Human Resource Management and Achieve, 51 percent said more jobs have technical requirements today and 46 percent said a higher education level is required for most jobs.
