At the end of September, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that there are 3.4 millions job openings.  Meanwhile, companies are complaining of skills shortages all the time.

Here’s our question for the week.  What are you doing to bridge the gap?

If you’re a job-seeker, are you taking classes to improve your skill set according to the jobs you see out there (taking your personal strengths into consideration of course)?
