At the end of September, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that there are 3.4 millions job openings.  Meanwhile, companies are complaining of skills shortages all the time.

Here’s our question for the week.  What are you doing to bridge the gap?

If you’re an educator, are you looking out for demand and ensuring your programs are preparing students for the future?
